"Really good food. Prices were good and service was good. I liked the rice beans that came with the quesadilla. Good sized portions. Beer and wine only, and Pepsi products. Parking could be a little better, but place is centrally located in downtown Brooksville. Got the chimichanga and steak quesadilla."

"Just recently went here for first time and was soooo pleased. I got the chicken chimichanga with creamy queso sauce on top, served with beans and rice. Such a nice decorated clean environment and everyone including the hostess had warm smiles and showed such professional mannerly customer service. And their chimichanga....really good. Chicken wasn't overcooked, pastry was crispy and all the garnish really added to it. I would only suggest giving a little more cream sauce since once you cut up your chimi, it doesnt seem to cover all and maybe put a little drizzle of it on top but most of it in a container next to chimi this way it doesnt make it soggy. Wonderful place to eat in or take out. Dont let outside of building fool you, good place. Will be going frequently. And the price was so reasonable I may order 2 next time so I can take one for lunch next day."

"Had lunch here while doing the Florida C2C bike trail. My mail was very good and reasonably priced. They had some of the freshest salsa that I have ever tasted. Clean and casual. Very friendly wait staff. Happy hour specials from 3 pm to 6 pm. Enjoy"

"Second time dining at Enchiladas Mexican Restaurant and it was a pleasant experience. Our server Presley was very friendly and hospitable. She made great recommendations on food selections. Food and drinks were brought out promptly and looked great. Food had excellent flavor & presentation. Definitely recommend dining here if you are visiting or traveling through Brooksville. Look forward to dining there again next time I'm in the area."

"We were driving through Brooksville and decided to stop in and try Enchiladas. We were greeted by the friendly waitstaff who invited us to sit where we wanted to. The restaurant was comfortable and we were immediately provided complimentary chips and salsa, both obviously homemade and extremely flavorful. They have an extensive, reasonably priced menu and the wide array of menu choices made it easy for us to find good options. The entrees arrived quickly and were delighted by both the presentation and skilled use of seasoning. We will definitely be back!"
